Bryan brings more than 15 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on employment law, insurance defence, and personal injury. Bryan has appeared before the courts and tribunals in Alberta and British Columbia in a broad range of litigation matters including wrongful dismissal, professional disciplinary matters, and motor vehicle accidents. He believes that access to justice is a critical issue in modern legal practice and he strives for results grounded in the needs of his clients. Bryan understands his role is not only as an advocate for his client but as an advisor to make choices that best fit the given circumstances, whether on the employee-side, for the employer, or representing a business or an individual.

Bryan also brings a diverse background having built out and operated an award-winning craft microbrewery and through this experience he understands the challenges of operating a small business and the long hours owners work to maintain the bottom line. Bryan also has interests in performance and public speaking with TV & Film appearances and live theatre. Bryan appreciates that the law, the economy and our social fabric are constantly shifting and sometimes life puts us in difficult situations.
