Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, reorganizations, start-ups, contract review and drafting, including master service agreements, and general corporate matters.

She represents clients throughout the lifecycle of transactions, from strategic planning and due diligence to negotiation, structuring, and closing.
